Here's a funny YouTube clip from Canadian sketch comedy show The Kids in the Hall in which one businessman is trying to teach another how to network with people.
You probably won't learn much from watching this, but it's an amusing to spend three and a half minutes.

The name of the game is networking. Businessmen meeting other businessmen for the purpose of meeting again at a later date.
