I was just about to reach the exasperation stage, after my second NTFS re-formatting on a PC kept appearing as "FAT32" in Disk Utility and unmountable to the system. A better method would be to have some sort of diagnosis download that checks to see whether DiskWarrior will do any good, and then ask you to download the full version.
